Established in 2002, Premier Services Hull are a family run company trusted to maintain, clear and rectify vacant properties on behalf of a wide range of customers in Hull and East Yorkshire, including landlords. We are specialists in property clearances, garden maintenance, cleaning services and sharps disposal.
Our property clearance services include anything from collecting small items of furniture and rubbish, to full property clearances
Premier Services Hull has more than 20 employees all of which are fully qualified, licensed and insured. This enables us to serve our customers quickly and efficiently, as soon a property becomes vacant. Our extensive range of services provide our customers with the peace of mind that they can use just one company for a variety of jobs.
Our labouring staff hold valid CSCS cards. CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) is the leading skills certification scheme within the UK construction industry. CSCS cards provide proof that individuals working on construction sites have the required training and qualifications for the type of work they carry out.

Property Clearance
Clear furniture & rubbish from high rise flats plus residential, commercial & void properties.
Garden Maintenance
Cut and clearance of gardens, hedge/tree trimming and removal, topsoil/turf supplied and laid.
Cleaning Services
Deep cleaning of all properties, including fire damaged properties. We also do contract cleaning.
Sharps Disposal
Needle sweeps carried out to properties and gardens, Disposal of used needle sticks.
